Leadership Coaching/Mentoring
Leadership coaching is a confidential, thought-provoking partnership that helps you gain a deeper understanding about yourself and others. As you get curious and dig deeper within yourself, you will discover the four levels of engagement that influence decisions – (i) the facts, (ii) the habitual patterns of behavior, (iii) the emotional patterns and (iv) the deeply rooted assumptions, values, motivations, unconscious biases and stories you tell yourself. Through this journey, you will learn (Forbes, Every Leader Can Benefit from Coaching. October 4, 2022):
How to be more effective in your role

Mentor Coaching
Mentor coaching provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level.
Mentor coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session. This process aims to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, aligning with the ICF Core Competencies.
Mentor coaching should take place over an extended time (three-month minimum) in a cycle that allows for listening and feedback from the Mentor Coach. This approach also encourages reflection and practice on the part of the individual being mentored.
Judith Díaz Myers has successfully mentored coaches at the ACC, PCC and MCC levels.
Peer Coaching
Peer coaching is a relationship between two (or more) colleagues, none of whom have oversight or authority over the others. Within this dynamic, Coach’s share insights, feedback, challenges and discuss practices and obstacles.
Judith Díaz Myers is a Coach’s Coach. She knows what it takes to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction; and the impact to the Coach themselves throughout the coaching process.
Team Coaching
Team dynamics are highly complex. In a team dynamic, the four levels of engagement, previously described, interact by overlapping, influencing, and challenging each other, giving rise to additional layers of complexity. Our mission is to work with you through the various forms of data collected, multiple layers of focus and perspectives, multiple relationships with clients and stakeholders, different phases of maturity and systemic capability development, and a wide range of accountability issues to deliver the best outcome for your team.
Judith Díaz Myers is an expert in organizational assessments and has facilitated various teams by collecting and analyzing organizational data to develop strategies that improve organizational structures, clarify roles and responsibilities, enhance business processes, develop future states and streamline operations. She is currently working on her ICF Team Coaching certification.
Group Coaching
Beyond the leader and the team, we recognize organizations need to respond to internal and external drivers, and work with you to identify new and better ways of working to accelerate strategic outcomes and enrich the experience of the workforce. Judith has many years of experience conducting group coaching for various entities:
